Hi Crafty Friends,
I am so excited, A Cherry On Top 🍒 just delivered my first ever candle making item, the We R Memory Keepers Wick Candle Maker. I have never made candles before and after much research into other products that seemed to go on forever in what you need and why and so forth, I decided to go with the WRMK Wick Candle Maker. I didn’t think I wanted to make big candles as gifts and I knew I didn’t want the hassle of having to heat, pour, etc into different objects, using a bunch of different steps and items to do so. I think this system for a beginner is perfect. I’m super excited about trying this out and sharing my thoughts on the machine and my showing of my candles…. However, I broke my foot… go me!!!! So sadly this will have to sit benched until I can at least walk without being aided. It’s just my luck, I have no desire right now to craft or do anything because moving is a pita and it bloody hurts lol… I give it another week and I should be at least able to hobble around a bit. With all that said, A Cherry On Top 🍒 also sent me my first roll of their foam circle adhesives and some new (to me) patterned papers so I’m excited about trying those. The foam circles come 500 in a roll so I’m thinking that should last for awhile.
